Auto technician needed to supply support to automotive dealerships (mainly engines and transmissions). Primary responsiblilty involves verifying failures and authorizing repairs or replacements, utilizing digital imaging technology, problems solving techniques, dianostics processes and call and file handling. All aspects of daily functions are to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and enhance the remanufactured parts program. Candidate Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English & French.
- 3-5 years experience as an Auto Technician (preferable in a dealership environment)
- Basic PC software knowledge
- Basic keyboarding skills
This is a full time, permanent position, located in Chatham, Ontario
