This position is for one year, with the posibility of becoming full time. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the administrative field. A strong background in the Technology Industry would be preferred. This position pays $16.50-$21.00/hr depending on experience.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrate professional communications skills, written & verbal
- Prioritize workload & multi-task effectively
- Sound working knowledge of office equipment
- Positive, professional attitude and be a team player
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Relevant work experience
- Operate Microsoft Office software effectively
- Basic Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
